Sue Ormond
Sue is a graduate of McMaster University’s Bachelor of Health Science in Occupational Therapy and Bachelor of Physical Education programs. She has over 20 years experience dealing with health care practitioners, WSIB, Motor Vehicle Insurance and third party health coverage. She works directly with healthcare practitioners including doctors, physiotherapists and nurses to navigate the insurance industry on behalf of patients to ensure they obtain the coverage they are entitled to.
Keri Holmes
Manages inventory and facilitates delivery of devices to our patients. Keri is an enthusiastic member of our team on-site who is responsible for patient follow up at the end of the prescribed rental period.
Kim Cameron
Office Administrator dealing primarily with insurance claims and invoicing. Kim’s positive and energetic approach helps patients feel confident during the claim process. Kim is happy to answer any calls and make the entire experience as easy as possible while our patients focus on their healing.
